Burnout is so common that we forget to fear it. It doesn’t hit all at once—it creeps in slowly, burying our inner guidance system under to-do lists, stress, anxiety, and endless "shoulds." I know this firsthand.
I spent years climbing the corporate ladder in my Fortune500 tech job, attending every happy hour, baking christmas cookies for my clients and working for hours every Sunday to stay ahead. I couldn’t wait until Friday to take the edge off with a couple margaritas at an LA rooftop bar. On the outside, I was successful. But inside, I was exhausted, disconnected, and running on empty. Eventually, the grind caught up with me, and I had a choice: keep pushing through or figure out another way. I chose the latter.
I took a leap—leaving my 9-to-5, selling everything I owned, and moving to Mexico. My full-time job became unraveling how burn out happens and, more importantly, how to prevent it. I immersed myself in research, trainings, meditations and natural healing modalities. I read countless books, had deep conversations, tested new approaches, and explored what truly creates a life that feels authentic and energizing.
That journey led me to train as a life and career coach, where I developed a signature workshop to help individuals and teams find their unique career sweet spot by aligning their values with their jobs. I delivered this workshop to Fortune 500 companies and began leading weekly meditations for employees—creating moments of pause in fast-paced work environments. But something still felt incomplete.
While I was helping others, I was also on my own healing journey, addressing the physical toll burnout had taken on me. I discovered natural healing modalities that completely transformed my energy and well-being. Determined to understand the science behind these shifts, I trained in herbalism, studying how our brains and bodies function and how we can naturally restore balance.
Through all of this, I noticed a pattern: my clients were high-achievers whose well-being was suffering under the weight of a slow disconnection from what truly makes them fulfilled. That’s when it clicked: the best way to create real change was to take everything I had learned—my corporate experience, coaching, meditation, and natural health expertise—and combine it for true whole person transformation.
Now, I partner with amazing individuals to help them get clear on what they need to feel good in their bodies, grounded in their lives and confident in living their purpose. Together, we rebuild the foundation they’re building a life from so day-to-day feels exciting, not draining.
