How is this different from an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

I don't replace your EAP, I supplement it. EAPs are underutilized, reactive, and impersonal. My approach is proactive, engaging, and designed for real-world impact. If an EAP is a dose of emergency medicine, my program is a daily multi-vitamin.

How do we measure the success of your programs?

Success is measured through engagement metrics (attendance, participation rates, and Q&A involvement), employee feedback, and quarterly reviews. We also track qualitative impacts, such as shifts in employee stress levels, energy, and overall well-being.

Why should we invest in this instead of another team-building event?

One-time team events provide a short-term morale boost and are disconnected from your oganizations wider wellness goals. Investing in employee well-being delivers long-term benefits—higher retention, improved productivity, and reduced burnout. For the cost of a single offsite, you can provide continuous support that actually improves employees’ day-to-day performance and job satisfaction.

Will this take time away from employees getting their work done?

On the contrary—these workshops, meditations, and wellness initiatives enhance focus, energy, and resilience. They provide employees with practical tools to work smarter, not harder, and prevent the productivity drain caused by chronic stress and burnout.

Can we customize the workshops and topics?

The Signature and Peak packages include a curated selection of high-impact topics, but I continuously gather employee feedback and Q&A insights to ensure relevance. The Peak package also includes customized workshop options tailored to your team’s needs.

What’s the time commitment for our company to implement this?

Very little! I integrate seamlessly into your existing workplace systems (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.), and all sessions are designed to be plug-and-play. My goal is to provide maximum impact with minimal disruption.
